We support General, Sales (closing deals), Employment (e.g.,
salary negotiations), and Conflict Resolution. Select one when
creating a meeting. Advice is customized based on the type,
focusing on Voss inspired techniques relevant to the scenario.
8. How secure is my data and privacy?
Transcriptions and advice are processed in real-time and not
stored long-term (meetings auto-delete after 1-30 days of
inactivity). We use secure API keys and encrypt user data. No
audio is recorded—only text transcripts are used. Paid users'
emails are stored for account management.
9. What if the bot doesn't join my meeting?
Ensure the meeting ID is correct and admit the bot (named "[Your
Name]'s Notetaker") when it requests entry. If it times out
(after ~2 minutes), refresh the dashboard and try re-joining.
Check your internet and Google Meet settings. If issues persist,

10. How accurate is the transcription and advice?
Transcription uses advanced AI and is generally accurate for
clear speech, but accents, background noise, or fast talking may
affect it. Advice is generated by our AI based on Voss

You need a stable internet connection, a modern browser (e.g.,
Brave), and a Google Meet link. The bot handles transcription
server-side. No downloads required—just access the dashboard via
a web link.
13. How do I stop the bot during a meeting?
On the dashboard, click "Stop Bot." This will remove it from the
meeting and delete associated data. You can also end the meeting
naturally, and the bot will auto-stop.
14. What happens in demo mode after the timer expires?
The bot leaves the meeting, and the dashboard shows a "Demo
Expired" message with an upgrade link. You can start a new demo
(up to 2 per week) or subscribe for unlimited use.
15. How is billing handled?
We use PayPal for subscriptions. Demos are free but limited.
Paid plans offer unlimited minutes (up to a fair-use cap of 15
